Kathmandu, Dec 17: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has congratulated King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck of Bhutan on the occasion of the National Day of Bhutan.
In a message sent today, President Bhandari wished for the good health and happiness of the Bhutanese monarch and for peace, prosperity and progress of the people there.
Similarly, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has sent a congratulatory message to his Bhutanese counterpart Lyonchen Tshering Tobgay on the same occasion.
In his message PM Oli wished for the good health and happiness of the Bhutan PM and for the progress and prosperity of the Bhutanese people. He expressed the confidence that the friendly relations existing between the two countries will grow further in the years ahead.
