The application filed against false citizen of Rajendra Mahato
The investigation has been filed in Home Ministry for Youth Association agitating Madhesi leader Rajendra Mahato’ Nepali citizenship.
Madhesi Youth Association Nepal Bureau Chief Sanjiv Kumar Jha filed cased against Mahato submitting false details, saying Nepali citizenship application are filed. The team of Jha meet Home Minister on Saturday and demanded action by law.
Jha said, some leaders of the so-called memorandum leader filed spreading confusion Madhesi people’s interest to carry out for their own interests rather than those who have been demanding action against .
Mahato keep Babarjang VDC of Sarlahi in his false citizen accused of successful applications has been banned.
Similarly, the petition received by Mahato Citizenship Citizenship Act, 2063, for the immediate cancellation pursuant to Article 14 and also demanded to remove them has been a Nepali citizen.
