The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has arrested Technical Director at Department of Transport Management, Under Secretary Nabin Kumar Pokharel red-handed while taking bribe. A team of the anti-grant body arrested Pokheral while he was accepting about Rs 200,000 in bribe for renewal of electric vehicles, according to Department's spokesperson Krishnahari Pushkar. Pokharel was arrested from his office in Baneshwor.
